Description
Pinot Noir, or Blauburgunder as it is called locally, is the most prestigious red wine of the San Michele Appiano Winery, grown in South Tyrol since 1850. Known to be one of the most demanding varieties, it requires special attention both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Pinot Noir Sanct Valentin, part of the line since 1995, is made exclusively from the oldest and most select vineyards.
