Description
Classic Method from Nerello Mascalese grown on the northern slope of Etna. Color onion skin pink, fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of flowers and red fruits, with notes of pomegranate and citrus fruits. Taste complex, savory and long-lasting. Aged 30 months on the lees. Serve at 8°C.
