Rosé Monique, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, comes from the fine vineyards of Provaglio dIseo, characterized by marly soils and ideal exposure. Maceration in the press gives the wine its unmistakable salmon-pink color with coppery highlights, while 24 months of aging on the lees perfect its fine and persistent perlage.
